Pendleton FINAL FRIDAY this week Dec 18!
For the first time ever, the Pendleton Art Center will have Final Friday on a night other than the last Friday of the month. The reason? December 25, Christmas night, is the last Friday of this month.
So, it will be fun to celebrate the holidays and shop for unique gifts downtown. ArtWorks, at 811 Race Street, will be open until 7 pm selling off paintings that were not purchased Nov 20 at the Westin.
Including all three of the 5x7" ones I did, such as the one above, #1750. The others are #0503 ("The Glimpse" of a plantation in the Florida panhandle) and #2445 ("Taft Museum in July"). They'll sell for $35 each or two for $60 and there will be a whole bunch of original paintings there for $10.
Meanwhile, Silent Auction in the Pendleton's 510 Gallery, where I have some small prints for sale at really affordable prices. Plus, food by the Burrito wagon and plenty of wine, soda and snacks in our studio, #507 on the fifth floor, where you'll also find ceramics and glass as well as jewelry and fiber art elsewhere in the building.
